BOOK APPOINTMENTPlease go to reception prior to seating. Our reception staff will promptly notify your Doctor that you have arrived. In order to keep our files accurate and up to date, our reception staff will request your medicare, DVA and pension card. You will also be asked relevant questions to ensure you receive the best quality comprehensive care.
We greatly appreciate if you arrive on time for your appointment. Cairns GP Medical Centre aim to be on time for your booked appointment, however your Doctor may run late for your appointment if an urgent case was given priority. In this event, our reception staff will do their upmost to contact you.
PATIENT INFORMATION FORMIf you are unsure if you require a longer appointment with the Doctor or if you are unable to attend your appointment and need to rearrange, simply contact us and we will accommodate you. We also have Japanese speaking staff, if you require an interpreter service our reception staff can organise this for you.
